We have done it. Now we help others do it too.

Everyone in our network has built something, led something, or broken something - and learned what actually works as a result. Not from a textbook. From the messy, brilliant, frustrating reality of doing it.

The difference is what we do with that experience. We turn it into something you can actually use - practical, honest, tailored to where you are right now.

Entrepreneurship is a lot of guesswork. We're honest about that.

There is no formula for innovation. If there were, everyone would use it.

What we believe - because we have seen it work, over and over - is that there are skills, mindsets and approaches that make the guesses better. That help people test ideas faster, fail cheaper, and build things that actually land.

We are here to help you think differently, act faster, and lead more effectively - whatever the world throws at you next.

Just some of the people who make it happen

Every trainer, coach and facilitator in our network is a practitioner first. They bring their own hard-won experience into every session - which is what makes the difference between training that sticks and training that gets forgotten by the time everyone's back at their desks. This is just a selection of our network - get in touch to find out who would be the best fit for your programme

Our story

Hattie stumbled into entrepreneurship by accident at university - and loved it immediately. The energy, the creativity, the feeling of building something from nothing.

After years working in corporate accelerators and venture builders, she became convinced that the skills that make great founders - adaptability, creativity, commercial thinking, resilience - are the most valuable skills anyone can have. And that the earlier people learn them, the better.

She started GuessWorks to close the gap. Not just to teach these skills, but to build a proper ecosystem - one that connects schools, universities, accelerators and organisations so that learning compounds across every stage. School students meet real founders. University founders become mentors. Corporate innovators inspire the next generation.

That loop is what GuessWorks is building.
